How to apply

Clayton-Bradley Academy is currently enrolling students in Preschool-10th grade. In our admission process, we do not look for any one particular type of student; rather, we seek students who can bring a variety of experiences, talents, and interests to our school. We believe each child is a unique individual with something special to contribute.

Through this admissions process, please try to provide us with a realistic snapshot of your child. There are no “right” or “wrong” answers on the application – just an honest assessment of where your child is right now and your hopes and wishes for his or her future education. The more we know about your child, with all of his or her complexities and unique differences, the more your child will come to life as an individual in our applicant pool.

Application Process

  1. Online application/Supplemental forms
Apply to CBA online. A $150 nonrefundable application fee covers the costs of the application process. Turn in school records, health records, and letters of recommendation as listed in the application.
  2. Screening Assessment
Once you apply, we will contact you to schedule an assessment time for your student.
  3. Results Meeting/Notification of Decision
Once our admission team reviews your application and assessment results, we will schedule a meeting with you to share results and recommendations.
  4. Enrollment
Upon notification of acceptance, families will be issued an electronic enrollment packet to finalize enrollment. A $1000 nonrefundable deposit for K-10 and $500 nonrefundable deposit for PK holds your spot and will be applied toward your tuition costs for the year.

Financial Aid

We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to receive a world-class education regardless of economic status. However, we know that families often have difficulty financing independent education. CBA currently has a scholarship fund of over $500,000 that opens doors for a high-quality education for approximately 23% of our student body.

Families may apply for financial aid upon notification of acceptance to Clayton-Bradley Academy. Financial aid applications are due February 15, and financial aid award decisions will be sent on March 1. New and current families must turn in required tax documents each year to receive assistance. Scholarships are based on financial need and determined using a sliding scale. Clayton-Bradley Academy does not currently offer academic or athletic scholarships, or financial aid for our Preschool programs.
