Tuition and Fees


Application Fee per student (includes screening assessment) – $150

Non-Refundable Deposit per Student – $1,000

*Deposit applied at the end of the school year.

PreSchool Tuition

  • 8:30-12:30 Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday is $3,700 and can be paid monthly through our Renweb account. The first month’s payment is a $500 non-refundable payment due one week after acceptance.
  • Extended Day Tuition from 8:30-3:00 on designated days (Monday & Friday) is an additional $1000 annually.
  • $150 non-refundable screening and enrollment fee due at the time of application.

Lower School (K-8)

Monthly Tuition Per Student:
First Student – $880
Additional Students – $830
(10 Installments)

Upper School (9 and up)

First Student – $10,300

Payment Plan Options:


Payment is due on the fifth (or twentieth) day of each month beginning with July and continuing through April. CBA uses a convenient tuition payment service, FACTS,  which does add a service charge to your monthly payment.


A 30-day notice and tuition payment will be required. The $1000 deposit will be forfeited for all withdrawals on or before the last day of school (June 6, 2015).

Other Fees & Costs:

Charges for technology, intersession classes, after school care, and other miscellaneous fees are billed separately by the Business Office.

Past Due Tuition:

When a check is returned for non-payment, there will be a $30 returned check fee assessed. Families whose tuition is two months in arrears must make specific arrangements with the Business Office for their child(ren) to remain in class. All grades will be withheld until all accounts are paid in full. Delinquency in payment for a new school year past July 10th will result in loss of placement preference for students.

Innovative Education Partnership, Inc. board of directors believes the opportunity of attending Clayton-Bradley Academy should be available to any student who would most benefit from this type of learning environment.

Innovative Education Partnership, Inc. hopes to offer full-scholarships to low-income students who have the potential to excel in a STEM environment, as well as offer financial aid to eligible families with an unwavering commitment to the mission and vision of Clayton-Bradley Academy.

The non-profit organization is embarking on an aggressive capital campaign, fueled by a generous lead gift from Clayton Homes. This funding will provide scholarships, an endowment fund as well as operating capital, technology for students and site enhancements so we can keep tuition costs as low as possible.
