The Clayton-Bradley Academy Adventure Club is available after school until 6:00 p.m. and serves children K - 5th grade. Adventure Club begins when Clayton-Bradley Academy dismisses for the day at 3:30 (or 1:30 on Wednesday). Snacks are served every day from 3:45-4:10.
The following forms (Adventure Club Application, Student Health History, Walking Permission Form) must be completed and returned to Adventure Club staff, with a copy of your child's updated immunization record, BEFORE your child can be enrolled or attend Adventure Club after school care. These forms are available in the main office or can be downloaded using the links below.
$12/day Full-time (5 days)
$14/day Part-time (1-4 days)
